You can apply for a STSM online through the e-COST portal. You can use the link https://e-services.cost.eu/user/login/STSM You will need an e-cost account to do so. In the application process you can select CA16101 as the COST action you are applying to. Upon submission of all documents the application will be evaluated by the STSM committee of the action.
